How enquiry details are handled

The group enquiry form collects only the information needed to answer a request from 10 or more guests. The website has no online payment or guest account.

Information collected

Name, stay type, dates, guest count, contact details and an optional comment. Do not enter payment details, identity-document data or unrelated sensitive information.

Purpose and retention

Details are used to check availability and respond. Enquiries are automatically removed no later than 365 days after submission.

Delivery and security

The enquiry is stored in the site's protected database and may be forwarded to a private staff Telegram chat. Details are not sold or used for advertising profiles.

Technical data

The hosting provider may process an IP address, browser type, requested page and request time for security and reliable delivery.
